preacher man

I don't know if you blog readers out there are aware that our church puts all its services live on the internet. I think we're like one of two Lutheran Churches out there that actually have LIVE video of the services on the internet...if not the only one. So, if you're ever stuck at home on a Sunday (or Wednesdays during Advent and Lent) you can worship with us. The nice thing about this too is that all the services are archived on the internet also. So we can always go back and hear great sermons again.

Well, I wanted to point this all out because Greg had a really great and powerful sermon last night. He sermon was titled "Pray for Power" and all through Lent he and Pastor D and doing a series on praying for different things (and they all happen to start with the letter P). Anyway, here's the link so that you too can listen to Greg's message from last night. Just scroll to the bottom of the list and click once on the date Wednesday, Feb 13, 2008. It will open Windows Media Player or some other device to not only hear the church service but see it as well. You won't see me in there because I sat in the back last night. Anyway, you can fast forward to Greg's sermon which starts at 15:42. Please take a listen and let him know what you thought of it too if you'd like! Plus, you can always go back and listen to other sermons that he's preached as well. Oh, and next Wednesday if you tune in you can hear me play bells before the service starts!
