We closed on our home today! We own land in Texas... how crazy is that? We went to Louisville, KY on Wednesday and spent a great day with Doug, Dana, Emily and Michael. We went to the Louisville Slugger museum and had an awesome dinner. Doug was our Notary for all the closing papers we needed to sign....43 signatures and 24 intitials.

We spent a day in Seymour, seeing friends, shopping and catching up. We cannot wait to hear of little baby B's birth. Megan is due to have the little sweetie on Sunday. Thanks Jan, for letting us crash at your place. It was so great to see everyone again and it just felt a little like a family reunion!! We miss y'all in Seymour! We got to see some more friends this morning in Seymour before heading up to Indy. Greg and his dad were able to get 9 holes of golf in and I got a great much needed nap (so did Naomi). We had dinner with everyone here and then played games at Holly and Gene's. We also played cards back at home and I'm getting things ready for the wedding tomorrow.

I am photographing Seth and Kate's wedding tomorrow and I'm very excited about it! We should have lots of fun taking pictures and getting some great shots. I just hope that the weather cooperates. We'll be driving back to St. Louis on Sunday morning. The movers are going to come and pack our fragile stuff and then load the truck on Monday. We will be going to Memphis on Tuesday night and staying with my aunt and uncle, then to Dallas on Wednesday to stay with Kimi and Scott and then Thursday we'll spend our first night in our new house!

I will be on a blogging hiatus for at LEAST a week if not a little longer. I really wanted to share some pictures from the past few days but I think it will have to wait a couple of weeks...unless I'm able to get some time tomorrow before the wedding. Anyway, just wanted to let you know what we'll be doing and why I won't be blogging for a while. Keep us in your prayers as we travel! We'll let you know when we arrive there!

God's richest blessings!
